Coffee Snorters

Quote of the day:

"I didn't much like the ants on my bottom," said Iris, 46, after a session on grass.

Speaking of which, I was thinking of things which can be taken two ways and it occurred to me whilst reading a too-funny page yesterday that many adages are just as true, turned on their heads.

Like, "An elephant never forgets", could just as easily be

"You never forget an elephant".

Or how about "Don't feed the hand that bites you"?

Or "While there's hope, there's life."

Or perhaps my favorite entry:

Stones and hurt may break my words, but sticks will never bone me.

I didn't link to the page because I thought you might enjoy coming up with your own entries in the comments section, but I didn't make any of those up.

Meanwhile, these people have way too much time on their hands:

At least that's better than Montana's sign; "Welcome to Montana, where the men are men and the sheep are nervous".

"Sorry" means you're never having to say "love."
