Coffee Snorters: Unclear On The Concept Edition
We hear them leak thangs is hard to control once they git started...
Democrats say the Republican head of the House Intelligence Committee had no grounds to suspend a staff member who's come under scrutiny for the leak of a secret intelligence assessment.A conference call to the committee's nine Democrats on Wednesday to inform them of the aide's suspension prompted outrage, said two congressional officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly about internal committee business.
Mind you, other than the fact that details of a closed committee meeting were released without authoriziation, there is no credible evidence to say these two officials did anything improper. This may, in fact, be only coincidence, and simply 'look bad.' But coincidence, in this town, is rare.

Sooooo bad. We know we shouldn't post this, but somehow we couldn't help ourselves:

We need to start reading these stories more carefully:
Mastin said the shooting put no one in danger but said Pilloud used "poor discretion and poor timing," especially amid the growing fear of gun violence in schools. The district put Pilloud on administrative leave after the incident. Flynn said Pilloud agreed to an undisclosed settlement and resigned.
Let that be a lesson to you the next time you are suddenly overtaken by the urge to off a kitten or two.
It's not the practice itself that is objectionable, mind you. But there is a time and a place for these things.

Exactly, Cass. There IS a time and place to "off kittens". Like, say, this Tuesday, or during a new moon, or during a full moon, or when the new moon is full of it(self), or .....
