Salute
Congratulations, Chief Petty Officer Eberhart.
In a world where too many people take the easy way out, you stand tall. As a proud Navy junior, I only wish I could shake your hand in person and thank you for your service.

Making Chief has always been the mark of personal and professional success as a sailor, as a leader, as a teacher, and as a shipmate. There are only two men aboard ship that command greater respect than the Chief: the Skipper and the Chaplain. Okay, maybe just the Skipper.
