Transparent hat if you want to try yourself:

I turned myself into a casshat earlier, but since the Obama administration is closing the books on torture, you'll just have to use your imaginations.

Um, izzis where I leave the note with the bank account number and deposit instructions... since I *have* pictures of the Blog Princess?

[cute bearded impish smirk, er, grin]

$20 on it's way, John. It's all I can spare at the moment as O's stimulus plan hasn't passed yet.

Posted by: Sly's Wardrobe Mistress at January 22, 2009 12:18 PM

Would ye take a certified used ship, currently careened on the beach having her bottom re-caulked, and one slightly embellished title of Dread Pirate fer tha posting of said pictures?

Posted by: Dread Pirate Roberts at January 22, 2009 12:23 PM

On the otter heiny there are any number of entertaining photos of the Armorer that would lend themselves well to the art of vendetta .... :p

Posted by: Cassandra at January 22, 2009 12:58 PM

Hmmmmmm -- wonder how "Cassie As A Blonde" would look in that chapeau?

Nah. Nobody'd notice the hat...

Posted by: BillT at January 22, 2009 02:08 PM

Yeah, I know -- "Soooooooooooo dead, punk *flounce* *flinging trivet*"

Posted by: BillT at January 22, 2009 02:10 PM

You forgot the tapping foot.....
0>;~}

Posted by: Snarkammando at January 22, 2009 02:23 PM

Ah, but the difference between you and I, missy, is that I don't *care*.

Such as this pic submitted in evidence.

Posted by: John of Argghhh! at January 22, 2009 03:05 PM

Mister Roberts - is she armed, this vessel you offer?

Posted by: John of Argghhh! at January 22, 2009 03:06 PM

Yes, please do not forget the tapping foot. Keeps everything else in time. Once you lose the beat, it's hard to get the timing back and that just messes with the transition from *flounce* to *fling*.

Sheesh.

Posted by: Sly's Wardrobe Mistress at January 22, 2009 06:06 PM

I think I lost my flounce shortly before lunch.

Perhaps one of you knows where I put it?

Posted by: Cassandra at January 22, 2009 06:15 PM

"I think I lost my flounce shortly before lunch."

Well, that's what you get for flourishing your flounce so flagrantly.

Lord! my eyes!!!
you didnt tell me you were going to practice your psyops... :)

Posted by: artfldgr at January 22, 2009 09:55 PM

Because we studied.

Posted by: spd rdr at January 22, 2009 10:05 PM

Better a smart ass than a dumb ass. That's my motto and I'm sticking to it.

Posted by: Sly's Wardrobe Mistress at January 23, 2009 04:01 AM

Heh.

Posted by: Cricket at January 23, 2009 08:30 AM

PowerPoint works well, too, for sizing and getting the jaunty angle *just* so...

I think I lost my flounce shortly before lunch.

Checked your keyboard?

Posted by: BillT at January 23, 2009 09:03 AM

Much fun will be had at Argghhh! shortly...

Posted by: John of Argghhh! at January 23, 2009 09:15 AM

Oh, cripes! I didn't send it to him, *too* -- honest!

But only because I forgot.

Posted by: BillT at January 23, 2009 09:28 AM

I was fine with the hat - it was the singing that bothered me. A soloist gets a little latitude, but the song's about the country, not you, ma'am.

Posted by: RonF at January 23, 2009 09:59 AM

Dread Pirate Roberts - you may keep your ship.

But the Blog Princess is now available for all to see... [Closes armored door to bunker]

Posted by: John of Argghhh! at January 23, 2009 10:02 AM

I really needed a good laugh. Thank you so much.
It is kind of a kewl hat though.

Posted by: Cricket at January 23, 2009 12:12 PM

I went to the Castle. I saw. I shall not ruin the Surprise for anyone, but it was brilliant.

Now, for a Girlie send off:

"You guys!"

Sir,

Ye are a fine gentleman... Truth be told, I was a bit nervous on discussing all the fine assaul... er, black... er, home defense cannon, aye, strictly home defense cannon on Revenge. What with your new monarch in tha colonies and all.

Posted by: Dread Pirate Roberts at January 23, 2009 12:19 PM

I best belay tippin' into the rum so early in the morning! I can't focus 'tal on that picture...

Posted by: Dread Pirate Roberts at January 23, 2009 12:22 PM

Honest, Cass, he's not talking about *that* picture.

Yet...

Posted by: BillT at January 23, 2009 01:13 PM

Heheheheheh.

*That* picture.

A-yup.

Posted by: John of Argghhh! at January 23, 2009 01:42 PM

Hey Cass we're all in the Castle's Donjon munching popcorn.

Posted by: Mrs G at January 23, 2009 02:01 PM

Posted by: BillT at January 23, 2009 02:51 PM

Grump. It ate my punchline.

Posted by: BillT at January 23, 2009 02:53 PM

Probably Cass' version of the PG-17C. In fact, she may have bought the old one from the Castle when we upgraded to the PG-17DA1.

Ya notice we've driven away her Usual Suspects?

That's going to annoy her more than any picture...

Posted by: John of Argghhh! at January 23, 2009 03:43 PM

Driven away? More like *lured* away.

Posted by: BillT at January 23, 2009 04:23 PM

You will pay.

Oh yes... you will pay. Only the fact that I have been extremely busy today has saved you so far.

Posted by: Cassandra at January 23, 2009 08:18 PM

Oh, great, not only do I NOT get to see the phunny, I'm 'volunteered' for more Serfing? Man, a gollum's work is never done. There better be cheetos, or I'm REALLY gonna start whinning. I'm serious. You have no idea. There better be cheetos.(trudges away with duct tape, hammer, rope, and other Castle Construction shtuff).

ANd what's with the dog costume? NO! I'm not the bomb sniffing dog!

Posted by: ry at January 24, 2009 01:33 AM

You will pay.

Nah, we'd feel bad taking their stimulus checks -- we do it for free.

Think of the Castle as providing a true public service, since the public has the right to know what you look like in the hat, how long you've known what you look like in the hat, and what you intend to do about those underlings in the administration who have been completely uninvolved in l'Affaire Chapeau...

Posted by: BillT at January 24, 2009 08:01 AM

NO! I'm not the bomb sniffing dog!

Then get your nose *out* of

*ducking head-seeking trivet*

the couch!

Posted by: BillT at January 24, 2009 08:03 AM

The phunny is displayed on the Castle LED display board as you come up the road to the barbican, Ry.

Posted by: John of Argghhh! at January 24, 2009 08:27 AM

I am off to my Sociology class. It will be very interesting to read about you in a book.

*takes out pins and microscope*

Posted by: Cricket at January 24, 2009 10:38 AM

(Bang, bang, bang, (muffled)band.) Ow! Barbicon? You mean I gotta hump all the way back up the road from the Pit where we erect the Octagon just to see it? (shakes red thumb).

Why do I feel like Lucy just pulled the football away?

And where's the cheetos?!
