"The site "img184.imageshack.us" is considered to be in the category/categories of "Spyware/Malware Sources;Open Image/Media Servers;Blogs/Personal Pages;Vehicles".
The following categories are blocked by policy found in AR 25-2.
Adult/Mature Content, Alternative Sexuality/Lifestyles, Auctions, Chat/Instant Messaging, Extreme, Gambling, Hacking, Illegal Drugs, Illegal/Questionable, LGBT, Nudity, Online Storage, Pay to Surf, Peer-to-Peer (P2P), Phishing, Pornography, Proxy Avoidance,

Judging from what it says in the URL... I probably can't argue with 'em.

I clicked your link, and the results I posted were what the gov't server returned to me to inform me why I was not going to be allowed to served by that site from my current location.
NETCOM is really tightening the screws.

And c'mon, if Helen Thomas on a Treadmill isn't Illegal/Questionable what is?

Poor tortured ProForm Treadmill. It lacks the necessary shock absorbing properties required to attenuate the impact that Ms. Thomas would subject it to.

As another 'can't-crack-the-govt-firewall' target, I'll only comment about what I know of true TORTURE from what I've personally seen...in my EZ chair...while channel surfing***Five nano-seconds of a Keith (Count-Down-to-NO-Ratings) Olbermann screed*** It caused me to convulse, to writhe and scream, but I was able to resist divulging State's secrets to the house pets (hey, I still know a few!).
