Hands down, best thing I've read on Palin:

Palin has deeply disappointed her enemies. People who hate her guts feel she’s really let them down by resigning.

She’s like the ex-girlfriend they’re SO over, never want to see again, have already forgotten about — really, it’s O-ver — but they just can’t stop talking about her.

Liberal: Ha, ha … Sarah who? She’s over, she’s toast, a future Trivial Pursuit answer, nothing more.

Normal person: Whatever. How about the North Korean missiles?

Liberal: Can you believe she just resigned the governorship like that? What a quitter!

Normal person: Speaking of quitting, how’s work?

Liberal: Did you hear she might get a TV show? There’s no way Sarah Palin’s getting a TV show! No way! I can’t believe stupid Sarah Palin could get her own stupid TV show now. Well, I’m sure not gonna watch it — that’s for sure!

Normal person: Have you seen all the Michael Jackson coverage on TV?

Liberal: How does she think she can run for president in 2012 if she can’t finish her term as governor of a Podunk state? She’s finished.

Normal person: OK, then! You won’t have to vote for her.

Liberal: I was never going to vote for her! But now I’m not going to vote for her twice. And I will never watch her TV show. I am so over her.

All I know is that somewhere in the vicinity of the North Pole transgendered Arctic timber wolves are high fiving each other.

She decided to destroy the other team’s game plan, which has been to obsessively focus on her, by resigning.

Isn't obsessively focusing on someone the definition of *stalking*?

You say that like it's a bad thing...

Heyyyy, ex-Mayor Barry! Hiya -- haven't seen you since you barfed in the crewchief's helmet bag on the flight from 30th Street to RFK Stadium!

This is great! Coates has up Yet Another post about Palin today - linking to Yet Another HuffPo post on Palin. It's so weird - even before Palin's resignation the Left couldn't quit talking about her. You'd think she was actually important or something.

And here we were wondering when the Libs would stop squawking about GWB as if he were still in office...

Well Peggy Noonan got up on her broom and rode across the editorial pages at the Journal just now proclaiming that the GOP and the country are better off without "Stupid Sarah".

I don't know what it is about these aged journalistic crones, but they can't seem to get over Sarah.

"Coates has up Yet Another post about Palin today -"
"I don't know what it is about these aged journalistic crones, but they can't seem to get over Sarah. "
Wonder if it could be OCD (in the spirit of helping the afflicted among us, here's a self-test) or maybe these folks are just lacking the minimum RDA of dignity and respect for self and Sarah.

What the attacking hordes with the hyaena mindset do not seem to get is that, as others have pointed out, by attacking her, they attack the rest of us bitterNclingy, rednecked, flown-over, knuckle-dragging, card carrying NRA-ILA, [above/below]||[simply] average, crowd-mingling, semi-lit-rate [non-ivy edu disciplined cogitatin'] rubes out in the heartland. Regular folk.

Hey! From whence that odor of compulsive seepage emanate? Might have to stick a <figurative> match to it via constant rebuttal -Ann being quiet adept at drawing blood with a pen- along with letters to their sponsors/advertisers in order to clear the air of their foul stench.

I went to read Noonan's article after being alerted to it by Mike Myers. Peggy's Inner Mean Girl is on awful display in that piece. All I can say is, mee-YOW! What a catty beeyotch! I think Peggy is losing her grip, just a tad.

There you go, sugar-coatin' it again...

It's too late for the PDS sufferers. She is solidly in their head. As they hold their shriveled gonads they stand in awe of that which they can never achieve.

"Watch the watch! Watch the watch!" She has them mesmerized and they are doing her bidding. What they are really saying is they want to be disciplined in the Palin "House of Pain." Masochists all. Let the punishment begin.

whip! crack!

"Let the punishment begin."

Sounds like a job for Mistress Mandy.

You really *should* return her batteries one of these days, yanno...

Hell no!
I know who the whip would be used on first. I may be crazy, but I ain't a fool.

Could she have another retard in the oven?

Thus speaks the "compassionate" and "tolerant" left

Posted by: MikeD at July 14, 2009 09:06 AM

Come on, it's perfectly understandable. Palin already lost the Republicans one election, so why shouldn't the Dems be ecstatic at the prospect of having her attempt another straw man candidacy? She just made life so easy for us.

That said, both sides should be glad to see the end of her, the right because they don't want to be saddled with her baggage and the left because a real intellectual challenge will force them to further refine their own ideas. The whole country is better off now that such a vapid, narcissistic, opportunistic hack like Palin has rendered herself a political irrelevancy. This liberal hereby pledges never to name her in print again and looks forward to letting the real Republican statesmen have a go at it (wherever they are).
