The guys I know who have their own ovens, use them for baking things like powder coatings on parts, drying wood, expanding metal temporarily to easy assembling said metal on a cooler/smaller part, etc...

Many of us have our own refrigerators too. Actually they're mostly used for beer and Gin coolers. Mine are located in the back of the hovel's garage.

Do you think you will ever bake that cake again?

Do you think you will ever bake that cake again?

Doubtful.

You see, it took so long to bake it. And I'll never have that recipe again.

[sob!!!!] :)

My mother-in-law got my wife an Easy Bake oven for her 30th birthday. She still loves (and occasionally uses) it. She has called herself "Iron Chef Easy Bake" in the past. Oh... and they sell refills/new recipes for it. So you CAN make that cake again.

The REAL danger is if your 100 watt bulb blows. You can't exactly cook over a CFL, and good luck finding new bulbs.

Well, you can always bridge the ends of the filaments with a current, uncooled, CPU. No vacuum needed anymore, either.

And the CPUs won't be significantly more expensive than the CFLs.
