A Likely Obama Voter Speaks
"The government put the deer crossings there. They can direct the deer population anywhere they want to by moving that deer crossing sign."
...Right... and all these car accidents you had involved a deer after you'd seen a deer crossing sign.
Exactly. I mean, I try to watch out for the deer, but going 60-65, how am I supposed to, you know... you can't brake really quick...
It's the keen understanding of cause and effect that always gives them away.

A few things come to mind.
2) Where is this out-patient's nurse? That person needs to be terminated for cause for his negligence in leaving the caller unsupervised for so extended a period of time.
3) It's a setup to make decent, right-thinking Liberals look bad.

It's a setup to make decent, right-thinking Liberals look bad.
I know you understand this, but I never fail to be amazed at how willing many people are to take even the most ridiculous statements literally.
There's no suggestion anywhere in the video of the caller's political orientation, so the title of this post is clearly a tongue in cheek allusion to the reasoning so often put forward by progressives: people can't be held responsible for their own actions, and naturally occuring events (poverty, pregnancy, etc) occur because the government isn't doing enough to stop them.

Well, plainly, no decent, right-thinking Conservative would ever suggest such a thing. And decent, right-thinking Independents just don't worry about such things.

This presupposes that deer can read, and, more importantly, care enough about the Rule of Law.
Or statistical probability.

Other signs that the government should put up.
On Wall Street: No wrecking the economy for profit.
On planes: No blowing yourself up for Allah.
On cash registers: No stealing allowed
In schools, movie theaters, malls, etc: No guns.
Oh, wait, that last one hasn't worked out so well, but I'm sure the others would work.

Incredulous at the callers squawking
believing signs control where the ungulates walking
Leaves little doubt as to why

Now all we need is a sign on the coast saying "sealevel dropping."

"Now all we need is a sign on the coast saying "sealevel dropping.""If I had a nervous system, such a sign would make me very nervous.

LOL sounds like she believes the signs are for the deer and not to warn drivers of the presence of deer unfenced in the vicinity. The reason she is assumed to be a lib is because liberals don't think with their minds they reason with their emotions
I hope all those voters who are swearing they will leave the country when Romney wins actually follow through. Can you imagine how much our collective IQ as a nation would improve??? Win win! Plus they will be someone else's problem and expense!

This is not surprising from people who still believe in magic, Disney talking animals, and the existence of Santa Claus who will bring govt freebies to all the good little liberal boys and girls.

This lady just went on air and proclaimed that she is dumber than a deer (After all, the deer can read signs and change their behvior accordingly. She, appearently, cannot).
And yet, between the two, it's the deer that isn't allowed to vote.

Somebody needs to take her TV away, or at least limit the MSNBC viewing hours.
