Friends

Sometimes, they get on each other's nerves:

Still, the world would be a lonelier place without them.

Entente at last! Great vid to start the day with. I must remember to respond to social overtures with licks instead of bats.

Aawww. I came over here prepared to make a long, incredibly brilliant comment in response to the "Tis Silly" post but after watching this, I'm in far too good a mood to get into it. Thanks!

That got not only full choruses of "Ohhh" and guffaws from myself and the VES as well. Even the dogs got into the spirit of the vid and started playing with the PITA cat. She, however, wasn't as moved by the spirit apparently.

GREAT video!

OK, I'll stir the pot today:

Old School: Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus.

New School: Men are dogs and women are cats.

Best Regards . . . and chew on that!

The issue is, social behaviors don't translate well. Dogs play far too boisterously for the cats, and the cats feel threatened. But you'll note, the grooming behavior translates well, and is more likely to get a positive response.
